01 — The problem

It's 3am, the baby won't stop crying, and she opens ChatGPT.

Every night, millions of Indonesian moms navigate the first 24 months of parenthood largely alone, armed with a smartphone, a WhatsApp group, and a search engine that doesn't know their baby.

Pediatric consultations average 15 minutes. Doctors rely on what mothers remember; mothers rely on what they found at 3am. The gap between a baby's daily reality and what a doctor sees in a checkup has never been measured, because until now, nothing was capturing it.

02 — The concept

"Your baby's story, kept beautifully."

A daily companion for new parents: bold, warm, and built for one-thumb use at 3am. Bloom is the first care-continuity concept that follows a baby's story from the first trimester of pregnancy through 24 months of life, with age-intelligent guidance, passive smart logging, voice input, and a record that gets more valuable every single day.

03 — How Bloom works

Six ideas that make the record effortless.

01

Prenatal to postnatal

Starts in trimester 1: fetal movement, scans, checkups, then flips seamlessly to postnatal at birth. The baby's profile is pre-filled, so Day 1 connects to Week 1.

02

Passive smart logging

Bloom pre-fills from patterns; mom confirms in one tap or edits. Age auto-calculates milestones and quietly re-tunes expectations and checkup timing — it gets smarter the longer she uses it.

03

Family sharing, the pride layer

Partners and grandparents see progress. They can react, celebrate, and cheer, but they cannot remind, pressure, or prompt. Pride, not guilt — built for Indonesian family culture.

04

Stimulation guides

Age-filtered developmental activities: what to try with your baby this week, backed by pediatric developmental guidelines and filtered to the baby's exact age automatically.

05

Weekly Bloom report

An auto-generated Sunday card: sleep stats, new words, milestones, the week's highlights, designed to be shared to Instagram Stories, so organic growth is built into the product.

06

"Hey Bloom" voice logging

At 3am, one hand holding a baby, the phone stays on the nightstand. Say "fed Kai 15 minutes, left side" and it's logged. No touch, no app navigation.

04 — The process · Think / Build / Test
